Consult Connect – Getting Started…

They said it couldn’t be done.

Now I know they were wrong however it doesn’t mean it isn’t an uphill battle.

I thought that this blog would be a great way to tell the evolving story of the business. That being the case then perhaps the best way to begin talking about it is to tell you all a little more about how we got where we are today. Starting Consult Connect has been a series of challenges since inception. The ideas built into the web site started to form almost a year and half ago and bringing it to life has been, for a lack of a better term, an adventure. For the last six months we have had a wild ride with the dedicated focus required to complete the planning and programming of the platform so we could bring it to life.  I can’t help but think about the countless meetings, hours of writing and mapping content, and months of code generation that allowed us to implement the live product.  It was chaos for a short period of time and now we have entered a new phase of chaos that is just as exciting.

So, now it is alive and growing and we are pleased to see that many of our members are responding to it in a positive manner and many are starting to grasp the power contained in the product. From where I’m sitting it is pretty exciting to see something that started out as a simple idea transitioning into something more.

I look forward to providing periodic postings where I can tell you more about this adventure we call Consult Connect.  There, I did it, I created my first posting on my blog.

Thanks for checking this out,

Jim
